Attention all members of Division 13:
I want to take a moment and update you all on a few things transpiring within our Division. Firstly, allow me to introduce myself, I am Lieutenant Takahiro Ares, newly appointed Vice-Captain of Division 13 by our leader Captain Ukitake Jyuushiro.
By order of Captain Ukitake that I am left in Command of the Division during his absence, and as such, I am also left with the duty of enlisting new recruits into the Division from the Academy.
It is because of this that I will be holding the years end 'Trial of Succession' in a new way. As with previous years, the seated officers all retain their seats unless otherwise noted by the Captain. As I am hosting and presiding over this years trial, I will be changing things up slightly.
All seated officers will be required to take a 'Challenge of Honor' in order to retain their seats. I feel this will give me a chance to feel out and come to know you all better and you me, as I will be the one conducting these challenges.
All candidates from the Academy will be eligible for tryouts into the rank of Seated Officer within Division 13 should they pass their 'Trial of Succession' and be proven worthy of the right.
All Division 13 members not members of the seated officers are also eligible for the 'Challenge of Honor' for the right to become a seated officer.
Please sign your name, current rank, and give a brief summary of your skills and qualities for me to assess. This goes for Academy Students as well who desire a spot within Division 13.
